Beth Paul-Fletcher, Owner
Prior to her journey of self-discovery, Beth enjoyed a successful career as a legal assistant for eight years. This period was followed by a fulfilling chapter as a homemaker, where she devoted her time to raising her four beautiful children: Nicholas, Kiernan, and twin daughters Ava and Arabella, alongside her loving husband, Chad.
A life-altering diagnosis of multiple sclerosis in 2013 unexpectedly became the catalyst for Beth's profound journey of self-discovery. This challenging experience led her to explore holistic healing modalities, ultimately culminating in her becoming a Reiki Master in 2019.
Driven by a desire to empower others, Beth founded Mystic Life, LLC, in 2022, with the vision of creating a haven for holistic well-being in her hometown of Xenia, Ohio. This vision blossomed into the non-profit Mystic Life Center, a vibrant community space where individuals can nurture their souls and embark on their own journeys of healing and growth. Created in collaboration with a group of fascinating like-minded women, the Center provides a supportive and nurturing environment for personal and spiritual development. As the Center's President and Manager, Beth's passion for energy healing and her unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive community environment shine through. When not immersed in her work, she finds solace and inspiration in the beauty of nature, particularly through her love for bird watching and exploring the depths of history.
Mystic Yin with Wendy Bird
Wendy Bird, the director of yoga for Mystic Life, is a 500 hour YTT yoga master and is certified in Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. She resides in Xenia with her four amazing children. After going through a divorce, struggling with Complex PTSD & Anxiety, addiction, and a lifetime of searching for her Truth through Christianity, Wendy found her own spiritual path through Yoga. Today she enjoys teaching at Mystic Life as well as being a student at Mystic Life.
